Description
Shalulia Guu is a female World Noble.Like other World Nobles she dresses in a suit with supplies her with oxygen to save her sharing the same air as commoners. Her hair inside the bubble is styled upwards, forming a curl above her head. She wears a veil over the lower half of her mouth and light tinted shades over her eyes. She also wears heart-shaped earrings.

According to the newest One Piece Databook, she's actually the same age as Tony Tony Chopper, 15-17, in spite of what her figure implies.

It took me a long time to figure out it's a one pieace charater. I thought she was like a alien elf or something. But there just royalty that think there to good to breath the oxygen as the other pepole. Thats what i saw on the anime.
