lovely one! the head feels very natural and lively.
after you're done with shading and lighting practice, i'd recommend diving into some anatomy. the second half of the body feels odd. (by the way, i'm the last person to say "practice anatomy more" because, despite my knowledge how vital it is, i never do. : D )
