Okay, here it goes. My first critique.
First thing I notice about this drawing is the pose. I rarely see this creative poses so it leaves an impression. However, with hard poses comes hard to do anatomy. I guess the most noticeable problem is the width of her right arm, she could have muscles but if that was the case the shoulder blade of her left arm would be just as big, which it isn't. Second of all is her right leg which is too long in this perspective. Since she is turned her left leg should be longer.
Hm, also the pose is a bit awkward as her right arm is not in far enough to actually balance the body, if this was reality she would be falling. Which contradicts with the movement of her hair, which is relaxed and flowing downwards. The bangs should be doing this too.
I love the detail however! Especially in the joints of her fingers and curves of her arms and waist. The coloring really makes it seem even more detailed. I love the color palette and how the light source is all from the same direction. The shading on the stoamch is fantastic! The shading on her shirt is lovely as well, but the chest should be hanging slighty because of the weight she bears there.
Uhh, I really like her confident expression and the transperancy of her goggles.
What more to say? The background isn't the most detailed thing, but who doesn't like rainbows? Anwyays, this is a really good piece of art work and it inspires me to experiment with poses as well. Keep up the great work!
