Hey! I know this is a bit late but, while I like the design Iβm a bit confused about how the mask works. The third image shows top covering. I actually thought she was wearing a wig over the mask since it looks like the mask and hair are sewn together (I assumed this from the second image). Other than that I think it looks fine and high key love when people give the spidersonas jackets and stuff

But they're literally just sketches? Not finished pieces? Idk.. I just didn't get much context since the only videos on I saw were negative and at this point I'm still unaware if she actually apologized to the reviewers. If so, then I kind of take my comments back. I just felt a bit upset, when people constantly criticize other artists rudely and harshly yet have a number of flaws themselves. Besides the fact that this kind of behavior is common in Kiwifarms and the Lolcow forums and I kinda got swept into it, feeling like everyone deserves their own medicine. But. I know realize that maybe that isn't really constructive, and that maybe if I really want artists to be listened and heard, I shouldn't continue the cycle.

It can be unfair, people can leave scathing comments. But you have to pick yourself up, no matter how hard the blows are. Don't let negativity eat you away or you'll be empty. Try to take better care of yourself and your art will follow.

A lot of their criticism is constructive, not reconstructive. You are using their past to justify who they are now. They can handle the criticism when it is kind and meaningful, not nasty and disrespectful.

Hey, it turns out I was wrong. She did apologize. I guess I just had a bad view of her. I take back what I said. I still believe that her art has issues, but she does have potential and can improve. I just had a false impression. I just felt angry over how people can be harsh towards others, but now realized that I have done that myself.
