It's been about a year since i've used prisma markers, so cut me some slack on this one.I recently got some more marker paper and decided to draw up some pics and practice my coloring. This is actually a snipit from a large picture, too large to scan. (I tried peiceing it together but it didn't turn out right) The only computer enhancement is the extra highlight on the hair, which i added because scanners hate markers.

well the picture is all prisma marker. I did the high light by using a purple marker, then going over it once with the dodge tool on photoshop

well I KNOW im coming up in november to visit UofL and have my portfolip reviewed and stuff... maybe I can swing by your house for a few mins :3 but of course my mom would be there... -_-;;; hm.. maybe next time i have 3 days off ill come up for an afternoon :3 or maybe leave like... one saturday night and spend the day sunday... i dunno... thatd be getting to your house really late tho o.o;; i dunno. we'll work something out! n__n

Markers are a tough media, but if you have the right kind of markers and type of paper, they are actually quite fun to work with.

ah, fun. I've been wanting to get that package... but prismas cost money and that's something i don't currently have.
I don't know if our school is cheap or what, but we don't have any nice supplies like nice markers. Though, our school isn't really known for its art. We're a big school and we only have two art teachers. Though i can't complain, my teacher is the best there is.

If i get into gsa (governor's school for the arts, a sort of summer art school), my whole college will be paid for. I'm really relying on that now, because i certainly can't pay for college and my parents are paying for two of my older brothers there as we speak and my oldest brother is thinking of going back.
