It's quite simple, actually. Her limbs require neural impulses to initiate movement. Deny them those impulses (shut off connection to the brain) and her massive arms and legs are nothing but dead weight. She would be immobilized, and could only move with external help, although it would probably take a forklift to even get her off the ground.

You are correct...but that would require someone with a pretty powerful mind to force their way in and cut off that connection...her intelligence is quite high and she does have some resistance to magic. A person who is a P12 or higher like Bester from Babylon 5 would have a chance maybe. A spell to shut off all electrical impulses to the Brain? I have not heard of that in role playing games...but my knowledge is rather old and limited.

Eh. I thought more along video game terms, like the potions from Skyrim. There are quite a few paralyzation potions, which I only guess work off that same principle.

Doesnt necessarily have to be a spell. Any neurotoxins, easily contained in pills or slipped into food via a potion, could easily shut down neural connections. A direct neural link between her brain and another would be a tough call, as the situation is risky to the attacker as well.
