Description See that face in the mirror girl
How she looks almost familiar…
You used to know her once,
When her eyes weren’t so sunken,
Her skin not quite so grey.

See the body in the reflection girl
In clothes that you recognise
[Almost]
They look a little odd now,
Looser, like she’s trying to hide.

Look at the body without the clothes girl
See familiar marks and scars,
Shrunken now over skin pulled tight,
Covering bones…
Were those ever there before?

See the person in the mirror girl
The one that looks like a broken doll,
So sad and lonely,
Reach out to her, touch her hand
[She needs to be loved]
She’s empty inside. She’s you.
