how the hell did you download paint tool sai i cant find a working file anywere

Do NOT download a free version of Paint Tool SAI!! Many of those files are full of bugs and viruses.
Paint Tool SAI is a paidΒ program. It costs about $60.Β
If you don't have the money, there are plenty of free drawing software out there.
Two I would recommend would be Fire Alpaca (firealpaca.com/en ) and Medibang Paint Pro (medibangpaint.com/en/ ).
I know for a fact that there are tutorials for Fire Alpaca if that's something you'd like.
