I like the simplistic style and the linework is very clean in most parts, but there are a few overlapping lines in some places. The colors are very pleasing, but the expression on the face is very hard to decipher. The right eye is almost completely covered by the hair, my suggestion is to move the hair just a little to the right so we can see the eye or at least open the left eye to convey some expression. The position is very stiff and the proportions are a bit odd, so maybe look up some references. The legs flare out quite a bit a the bottom, but i dont know if this is just the style of the pants.
