Noticed alot of posts where someone was looking for this elsewhere. I was actually looking for it myself until today when I decided to just make and release it. So here it is, Refresh skin for RM. Also included in the .zip is a .txt file on how to add the "refresh this skin only" type deal to the single-click options, very simple to understand. Font I used for the skin was Unreal Tournament, it's from DaFont.
