I really like the perspective you chose here.
I would work on the shading a lot, there are good tutorials on deviantart which could help you with it.
The anatomy isn't bad, except for the arm on the right, the pose isn't quite possible, the hand would be more turned to the side.

are you talking about the surounding shadeing ,charakter or both?
and if want more detail or better shadeing i also need to buy a new computer becouse im pushing my computer as far as it can go...and it dont like me becouse of that
