A trade with Who is an awesome artist and one I totally look up to, an she asked me for a trade @o@ Ecstatic mee XPYush
So I did Dia, her fursona one n.n Purdy bloo! Ahem. I hate the background >___> But I didn't know what to do with that pose ;.; Sorry hun!
But I luff the lineart and coloring, reverting back to the cell coloring I did in Brynn's Sheltie Commission (See featured Deviation) And it looks good from where I'm sitting :3Dia © ~tailfrost

OHMAHFUHREAKINGAWD. Holy crap, Iddy! You've outdone yourself. Absolutely spifftastic, everything about it. Love the cell shading, it goes so nicely with this pic. Lines are beautiful, and ohmygod I can't get over the fur. And I don't think I ever will. And then there's the pose. When I try to do that neat-o backward facing head thing, it looks like something from the Exorcist, or whatever. But you made it work. And wow those markings look hard O_o This is truly deserving of a fav!

Beautiful work... *envies* What sort of program do you use to make the lines -not- black. I've tried in photoshop, but mine always sucks balls.

hehe, I actually *do* use Photoshop for line colorings :3 It's really simple as well. I just ink in black, and make sure all the inking is on its own separate layer. After coloring and such, I just go back to the line layer, I lock it (the little checkered box at the top of the layers window) And then just color the lines. Tis real easy n.n

Ah ha.... I see my problem now. My tablet is not hooked up and I have not yet mastered lines using it anyway. Whenever I color the lines on regular art it KILLS my picture. ;___; Until my computer gets fixed and I locate a moniter I am screwed. Thank you for the instructions though. ^^ I shall keep them in mind.
