That's because she's wearing her outfit from the TMNT Tournament Fighters video game.What's that? She's wearing a full-body ninja suit in that game? No, not the SNES version! The GENESIS version of the game!
Yeah! You know, the version no one remembers.
I always thought the outfit was a little strange because I had never seen Karai expose her beautiful legs before, but I appreciate the fact that she did. So here she is!

Great to see that there are others who draw Karai wearing her Sega Genesis outfit. Female ninjas gotta show some leg. Thanks, and yeah I agree. Karai traditionally has always been fully-clothed, so it's nice to see that even she didn't escape the 90s without being put in a more revealing costume! Heheheh.
