Ehh, so i gave up on this like 3/4 of the way. i meant to do it all Saturday as a speed paint but i got lazy.ignore ugly eyes and face and antenna thingys and wings

I don't think it is *that* bad, but if I would dare to be picky about it, I'd say that the face, antenna and wings aren't the likely issue. I actually like those details--they do, however, seem a little out of proportion to Dragonite's lower body here, which might be just a little large.
Not meant as a flame comment or anything, BTW. Hopefully, it'll come across as constructive/helpful (or at least an attempt)... if not, then sorry
