Yes unfortunately it is. I know that I would probably get more bids if it was points,
but I'm starting with paypal only for the time being.
I was away from dA for a while and I'm still figuring out the entire points system and what I can do with them
(I don't usually buy art myself, but might in the future so then I will offer points too).
So for now, as a college student, I'm just trying to get some extra cash while at the same time hopefully giving people a cute new OC!
