It was a normal day in planeptune for everyone except for iffy because it was April fool's and nobody has yanked on her panties at all.

"Why today nep? I didn't think you would do that." Iffy was confused but then Neptune walks behind iffy and reached into her shorts.
"Because iffy there's only one person who gets to wedgie you today so prepare yourself!" With that Neptune pulled up iffys white flower printed panties half way up her back.
