O, that is a very difficult question. I think for all art forms, deciding what price is right is very tricky. I'm a modeler myself, so I know the time and effort you spent on these makes $25 a bargain, but the buyers may be used to lower prices. Still, I think that if someone wants to use a model like this, 25 bucks isn't a huge investment and they won't be able to make it themselves for a lower price (considering that the time they would need to spend is also worth money).

Also, your style is kind of unique and the designs are pretty strong too, so they should be well worth the money. And if you go too low on your prices and offer them for 2 $, then even if you sell a few, I think you will soon not even bother putting them up for sale. It takes time putting them on sites like that, and that is not the fun part of modeling. So my guess would be that 25 should be fine. If they sell, great, and if they don't you can always offer a discount and see if that helps.

Thanx for the input! It makes a lot of sence...

 I dont sell much to be honest...I sold one model this month,but within a year  could sum up to 300 $ maybe.
This is my first more determined go at this modeling sales thing so it is a bit difficult to say. Too early actually.
Plus I need to work on my marketing skills and package / price sets and find a proper customer base. 
The thing is I am very busy as a lead artist on a secret game project and I dont have much free time to do these things...
