Most of the characters I like aren't from popular manga or anime, so I probably shouldn't suggest anything too specific.
Although, I didn't notice any animations that depict romantic scenes, which I think would be interesting to see. I personally love to see some romantic and seductive scenes. I am also fascinated by dynamic and magical scenes, as well as pretty boys with long hair. I enjoy humor too when it's done in a cute or sweet way, or humor similar to the kind seen in the anime Bleach.

I was just using Bleach as an example to partially describe the kind of humor that I like. However, I think you should make something you're passionate about because that's how the best artwork is created.
