Another dementedly do0mful creature created during my college days.

*EDIT: Changed title from 'Cactus Jaw Clown' to 'Cactus Clown'. The spiny projections jutting out of its face are not actually jaws, they're palps (like on a spider) which are used to pulverize its prey. The mouth is a powerful squid-like beak and is between the base of the palps where they attach to the face.

If I remember correctly, I drew this with a .7mm mechanical pencil. All color was done in Photoshop. The vertical lines are the result of a printer problem. This version is actually a webcam pic of the original.

I love the idea of cactusy palps, and a clown with palps. It gives me a scuttling scorpionlike impression.
