Description
It's a clown with a motorized unicycle for a lower body, a shotgun* for an eye, a barbed wire flail, and a pneumatic spear gun for an arm.
*Notice the shotgun's box magazine jutting out of the side of the clown's head. The casings eject downward into the mouth and are spit out like lo0gies.

See, this is why real clowns aren't usually funny. They don't have ANYTHING pneumatic built in.

I almost forgot to mention that the eye socket-mounted shotgun is semi-automatic and uses a long recoil recoil mechanism, meaning that the barrel assembly reciprocates about a shell's length backward and forward when fired (this happens so fast you probably wouldn't see it), causing the clown's head to recoil upward and to the left, but not to0 much because it's built to withstand it.
