Description
It's a slug I found today while walking my w0ofy-w0o! And yes, it's alive. I've found slugs before, but never really examined them up close. I got a lo0k at the pneumostome (respiratory pore) and also lo0ked at the underside of the slug. You can see the underside rippling like a treadmill and if you lo0k inside the pneumostome, you can see inside the slug! The pneumostome expands and contracts as the slug breathes, much like the spiracles of a caterpillar (except there's only one and it's much bigger).
