She not look happy. It's because of her suite or her cybernetic modifications? Or it's just is inconvenient of tube connected to her breast?
Interesting, her breasts natural or it's things only look like breasts and really cover machinery under her skin?
Because it's look like bolt screwed on into her right breast in place where must be human nipple and her left breast look like metal ring integrate in her body and when cover removed as this we can see light metal plate of her real breast not covered by flash between ring and tube.
And this metal rings on her arms and legs is part of suite or joints of artificial parts of her body? It look like she have only three toes on her feet.
Interesting, for what use this tube if she have natural breasts? And she feel shy about open her breasts if it's only machinery looking as breasts?

Well the overall theme to this is "life support" if you check out the rear view iggytek.deviantart.com/art/Bat… there's a device on the small of her back that plugs into her chest which functions as an artificial "heart". So she cant "live" without the device, id be unhappy to if that was me. And other things i added to hint at the theme was her suit torso looks has vacuum sealed material almost like its preserving her body also the not so subtle skull and cross bones symbol i made out of the mid torso and suit.
The metal rings on her arms and legs are part of the suit, most of her body is natural. As for her feet it was not my intention for her to have three toes lmao, i wanted to try something different with how the shoes are parted. Everyone always dose the ninja sandal split between the big toe and the index toe. I read somewhere that the big and little toe are the most important for walking and balance so i went for those. She has 5 toes i just failed miserably XD.

Wow! It's interesting theme!
I just interpreted this in more cyberpunk context, like possible future image. I have seen two other image when wrote comment (except nude version from tumblr - it I find out after), but I thought that it is not permanent part of her cybernetics - just like device for technical procedures, whereas battery is integrate in her body.
I understand why she looks unhappy in your context. In this way she must wear suite for preserving her body and bound to artificial device for many years (until progress create better way), but even her female nature partially destroyed to save her life. Her breasts looks almost normal - it rounded, normal size, etc - if do not mention to metal parts, but internally it function was destroyed to free space for wires, tubes, controllers...
However, about version with artificial heart - in real world doctors try save life with minimum traumatic changes - tubes can be enter in her body by less destroying ways... And already exists artificial heart devices that not greater then real heart (even less) - it can be implanted in body without any external tubes - just with thin wires and external battery. One of such devices interesting because not have pulse, just like pump with propeller (if I use right words).
This is one of reason why I thought about her state is result of her intentional cybernetic changes (as minimum partially intentional). Real doctors will not cut her breasts without extreme need or her own request.
P.S.: Of course on picture tube entering in body through breast looks interesting then just through side of torso (or whatever it is correctly)

Add to previous comment, another reason why I regarded it in more cyberpunk way was that I regarded it in one line with "Battery Life Girlpr3". There she demonstrate extraordinary ability and not have tube. There she looks happy
And of course it was by my own prefer to regarded future cybernetics as enhancements or intentional changes when it uses for improve self (physical, cognitive etc) or for they special reasons (like extreme fetish). In this way her body looks more fetish way then improve
It like she change her body from normal human female to more machine female...
And her mind interface normally correlate with that way

Where a cyborg can have tremendous abilities but there will be consequence if over used. In her case, boobtube time is downtime probably to drain or re catalyze some residual fluid buildup that be fatal if it accumulates over time. Like some kind of killer latic acid. really appreciate the comment and interest
