Manufactured in limited numbers by Karth Manufacturing Arsenal, the FG 50 is intended for exclusive use by the Edelweiss imperial family. Chambered in 12.7x42mm the rifle is meant for short to medium ranges with unenchanted ammunition and up to long and very long ranges with enchanted ammunition.

Requested by Wilhelmina to be more powerful and specialised for close to medium range battles between 200 and 600 meters, the short 12.7mm bullet could be enhanced with magical enchantments to have added effects such as piercing, range and even explosive and incendiary. The larger the size of the bullet the better effect the enchantment will have when fired at a target; smaller bullets have less of an effect as larger bullets. However, enchanting ammunition also has a disadvantage as the recoil is higher, especially for ammunition enchanted for piercing and range which normally means increasing projectile speed and mass using magic.
