Oh this is beautiful. I love it. There's something magical about this picture that feels magical. Maybe if you made it look like traces of magical fumes around the girl and pegasus it would look more magical. And I guess if the girl and pegasus had shadows they would look more in the picture. The splashes look a little too much like one piece. other than that I think its lovely. And they sky is so beautiful. Everything looks like a whole picture in all. And this last sentence is only here because I need to fill in the 100 word minimum XD.
