Freak Face, real name Roxanne Deepangler, is a character in Board Way Riders. She is a solo B.W. that skates around the beach area of the Saltwet District. Similar to some B.W.s, she was a surfer. Because of her frightning appearence, people would often avoid Roxanne. Feeling outcasted, she would hang up her surfboard and reclude herself from people. That was until she saw B.W.s skating around her area. On a whim, she bought herself a skateboard, and took up B.W. culture, finding it to her liking. Roxanne was refered to as Freak Face. Though at first she didn't like the moniker, but she eventually grew into it. Despite her daughting features and hermit nature, Freak Face is quite friendly. However, she can be a bit territorial, and will get aggressive if she thinks someone is trying to cause trouble for her. Other than that, Freak Face keeps a kind, calm, but weird nature.
