No, I did not have the Hyrule Shield at this point in the game. The picture just looked better this way.
Im glad that he's right handed in Skyward Sword (since Im right handed) but I do sorta prefer left handed Link, so I do try to draw him that way.

I personally prefer Link left-handed, since I am left handed ( and playing Zelda games on the wii is quite hard for me) But still, great drawing you did there!
