Man, the world needs more Perfect Cell.

To be honest, he is my favorite DBZ Villain.

He is extremely effective on getting what he wants, and is cunning and precise, well except in semi perfect form, he kinda just got lucky there.

But still, cell is one of the few villains that doesn't go through the whole classic mechanic of "rule the world/galaxy" He is out there to find out what to do next, and though he wants to kill everything slowly so he can taste fear out of every victim, is motivated by a very simple desire, rather than "yeah because that's what a villain does..."

Also his arc is really intense, and changes the perspective fast enough to maintain itself interesting.

Anyway... as i said before, i can't draw in the DBZ style anymore... but i'm pretty satisfied with this one. I also went for a portrait, because the idea of drawing those spots in his whole body was overwhelming me.
