Bio: Alex is the daughter of a formerly renowned scientist, Dr Charles Hill, who over the years seemed to be driven insane by his experiments, which were funded by the Techno Mongers, and he eventually devolved into the villainous tyrant, Overlord, who proceeded to use his genius and powers to take over his own nation in Europe. Since then, he has tried to kidnap his own daughter to have her rule by his side, but Alex isn't having any of it. During the first kidnap attempt at the hands of a bunch of villain mercenaries, Alex wound up being chased into her father's old lab, where she stumbled upon a failed experiment of her father's: a device meant to restore the Polar Ice Caps by generating infinite Ice. Device in hand, Alex was transformed into Chill, and used her newfound powers to dispatch of the villains. Since then, she has maintained limited superhero activity, using the device as a belt, and using the transformation it causes to keep her identity hidden. By day, she continues her job as a high profile Lawyer, but by night, or whenever her father's goons show up, she dons the mantle of Chill to protect Evergreen City, while working on a plan to eventually put a stop to her father's world conquering machinations.
