nice drawing, what impressed me is that the pilot has an "experienced look" on his face mixed with a "death sentence" if i can say so. Kind of - looks ready to die if that machine dosen`t work

It's his eyes that make this a truely brilliant piece of art; a look of almost abject grief and woe, like a man with the knowledge he is at the limit of desperation or at the boundry at which his life isn't important any more.
Moving and gorgeous.

This is probably one of the most incredible science fiction pieces I have seen so far. As a fan of science fiction, I have to say I wish I could see a lot more pieces like this one. You could almost make a running series of man-machine interface pictures of different types.
I am really impressed by some of the close in texture to the helmet and pilot's face. Simply amazing.
