Something tells me you would love Xenoblade Chronicles X, the Skells (the game's mechs) have an interesting design and I'm still playing it even though it's been out for 4-5 years now.
You should also check the upcoming game for Switch, Daemon X Machina... Just from a few trailers, you can tell it's really well made.
