Yay another chibi eevee evolution! This one was asked of by pokexproduction ^-^ I decided to try some more water splashes. I don't know if you can see, but lil umbreon is trying to catch the moon's reflection the water ^-^ i thought it would be cute!Pokemon and Umbreon are copyrighted and belong to Nintendo and Gamefreak
