Actually you are mistaken, if the cat trusts you enuogh, the cat will allow you ot touch it's belly all you like, the reason cats primarily roll over is to show that it trusts you.

上野公園は猫がたくさんいて、ひとにも慣れてるから近づきやすいんだよね。砂とか付いてるけど毛並みは良いから、どこかで飼われてるのかも。
