Blueberry Cake

200 g butter 4 dl sugar 3 eggs 7 dl flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp vanilla sugar 2 1/2 dl milk 3 dl blueberries (powdered sugar) Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix the dry ingredients together and add them alternately with the milk to the butter mixture. Stir well. Gently fold in the blueberries, being careful not to turn the whole batter blue. Bake in a greased 2 1/2-3 liter coffee cake pan for about 50-60 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Turn the cake out onto a plate or cooling rack to cool.

Everyone has a different oven. If the cake remains raw, you should let it sit for a while or if you feel that it is ready, you can take it out.
