EDIT: I re-uploaded/changed the file because I found an official reference for the Lieutenant in the "Art of the Animated Series" book 1 thingy online. Uhh yeah,, the colors I originally chose for him were a little off and I made him way too pale (I blame the exterminator scene, he looked SUPER pale)

There are different versions because I intended for Yōuyǎ to have a ponytail from the beginning but forgot and drew it with her hair down. However, I ended up really liking it so both I did (but they're not different enough to justify posting all diff versions).
This takes place in the finale at Varrick & Zhu Li's wedding. Also Yōu's giving me serious "I dream of Jeanie" vibes with this look 😂

But now onto the beautiful man she's with 👀
The Lieutenant is such a minor/side character but I loved him so much from the second he appeared. Especially the episode where he disguised himself as a spider-rat exterminator like b r u h 😩👌

Anyway, I decided since Bryke forgot about his entire existence and weren't going to do anything with him, I would take it upon myself to include him in the story😤 and damn I have so many headcanons & even a redemption arc planned out in my head and everything. I've even made fanfics of him tho I absolutely hate writing! 🙃Yeah... Lieu deserved SO much better than what he got, he deserved a happily ever after 😭💔
There's a possibility I might be a teeny weeny bit obsessed...
Also... that mustache... I love it,, I think it's just neat :')

A few thangs about Lieu & Yōu:
They have a... 17 year age gap😳 (Lieu isn't given an age so I put him at 42 in Book 1, 46 by book 4). Yōu started crushing on him not long after she joined the equalists. It was nothing more than puppy love at first, but as time went on and they became closer and good friends, she developed a deep attraction and yearning for him and his co....mpany 👀 she's very flirtatious with him and only a real idiot (aka Lieu) would see it as /just/ teasing or simply being "friendly". He however is too reserved and distant to ever admit it, but he grew quite fond of her and enjoys the liveliness she brings to his life.

Anyway I hope you guys like it! I'm really embarrassed now :''') I don't know who in the world would be willing to read all of this but if you did then damn, you're a trooper!
