the picture is of the veltarian's Keric Guards.the Keric Guards once serve the kings and Queens of the veltarian people during the time when the veltarian had a monarch base government and protected the hierarchs from all Gerogs who would want to see them dead however during to change to democratic society their role has change quite a bit.
the Keric are now are a private military group and have rights to enforce law anyway they see fit as long as it's in veltarian known space.resulting in a galaxy wide fear of keric as keric have been known to kill any law breaker in veltarian space.
the keric guard has a century of traditional veltarian hand to hand combat training a style of fighting known as Yural-Mesu Veltarian for "Way of the God Fist" this style has serve the keric well against hordes of gerog warriors and even rivals many fighting styles of the oodas .
the veltarian as also wear the most advanced armor of any veltarian known group their armor seem to have a form of shielding that warps the area around the user causing all projectiles to be either deflected or ripped apart before it could do any damage.
the weaponry of a veltarian is very advance using form of substance called verna dust.Verna dust is extremely powerful and has been and has explosive resultsa potent mix for the veltarian sniper rifle which rifle prjectiles that once in contact with a target explodes leaving nothing more than meat and shattered dreams.
