Description SO... MUCH... TIME... COLORING.

MOAR Ameripangled for , because she was feeling under the weather last week. That, and I had yet to do an "I See the Light" piece. So here this is. Yup. I made her dress blue, 'cuz well, her hair is blue in my fanfic, and she was named after a MAGICAL BLUE CHRYSANTHEMUM DESU~ . 'Cept her hair took a lotta time, 'cuz I had to color her bangs black. OH SWEET IDEAS.
