Description
His special talent? Well, as you can see, there are two pick axes and a pony skull... Usually, that isn't a good sign. He enjoys killing any pony that gets on his nerves whenever he gets the chance, but specifically unicorns. He does not like being made fun of and will hurt ponies especially if they call his eyes "pink." His eye color is really puce. He also hates both the alicorn sisters seeing them just as bad as unicorns.

Mirvina looked around the town calmly, but took intrest in Slate, seeing him as different, just like she was. Had it not been for the cloak she was wearing to hide her wings and talons from the pther ponies.

Slate was leaning on the side of a run down building, resting a pick axe that seemed to be slightly blood stained. He breathed heavily, as if he was dreaming something that was causing his heart to accelerate. He groaned slightly and shifted his position and rested again.

Mirvina curiously walked over to him and examined the pick axe to try and identify where the blood came from, then took a better look at him, checking if he was wounded at all before stepping back a bit, just in case he wakes.

Slate grunt again the jolts awake, as if he had been roughly awakened by an extremely harsh nightmare. He breaths for a bit then notices a pony staring at him. "What are you looking at?"

Mirvina ignored the question completely, looking a little concerned about him "Are you alright sir?" she asked

"Yeah, yeah. I'm fine. Now what do you want?" He replied.

"I was just checking on you. There is no reason to become defencive since if I wanted to hurt you, I would have done so already." she said calmly, unfazed by his attitude.

"Right... well then... why are you so concerned? Hmm? None other seem to care." He stands and sheaths his pickaxe.

"I can tell that you are different from the others I have seen so far. In a way, like I am. So I felt empathy." she said, slightly raising a brow at him. "Why do you say that nopony else cares?"

Slate raised an eyebrow as if saying, 'are you that stupid you had to ask?' He shook his head. "Well, what made me different?"

Mirvina's gaze harshend a bit even though her voice was calm "You are avoided here, much like I am. Speaking of which, somepony would have awoken you of that nightmare, if they weren't afraid. I didn't, because I wanted to take a look at you from a small distance, but you woke up before I would have."

"You wanted to wake me up from a nightmare? Huh. Brave mare." He replied, still not impressed by whoever this was.

"I'm guessing you want to know why the others afraid me, hm?" she said, then laughed a bit "I'll show you." She took off her cloak to reveal she was nothing like other ponies at all,and the few that were passing by suddenly ran off.

"I am a wyvern pony. A very... hidden spiecies. We don't usually make contact with the other races other than the princesses." she said, calm still

"Well, you're an interesting thing ain't ya?" He replied callously.

"Thank you" She said and put her cloak back on.

"Wasn't really a compliment, but alright." He replied.

"It depends on how the reciever takes it, as I have learned from my father." she re[lied.

"Now, where are you from exactly?" He asked.

"the southern mountains, it's actually quite nice there." she replied with a small smile

"I don't think I've been there. Been too busy." He replied.

"I wouldn't blame you. The village is almost impossible to reach anyhow." she said

"Well then..." Slate replied. "Seems like a lost cause to me."

"I could take you there if you want." she said

"Take me there?" Slate asked. "Ha. No thanks. I'm not exactly the nicest pony around. Who say's they'll accept me there?"

"You never know." she said with a shrug "they may accept you, and they may not then learn to accept you."

"Heh. Mare, I'm a killer." Slate replied bluntly.

"of what?" she asked, obviously hadn't known about the unicorns

"Ah... nevermind. Best if you didn't know since you're not one." Slate replied.

Mirvina raised a brow in confusion then shook her head. "I'll take your word on that one."
