Wonderful piece! be sure to include breathing in Volume 2. Not only is doing nothing but relaxing the breath a great way for ideas to surface, but the word inspiration actually comes from the set of Latin verbs connected with breathing...respirir is the root for our complete respiration but inspirir and expirir are inhaling and exhaling which have morphed into "creative spark" and "dying".
