I used this-> browse.deviantart.com/?qh= Β§ion=&global=1&q=skull#/d8se3oAs a reference photo, so I wanted to make sure I gave them credit. (:
First skull I've ever drawn. ;D
Took me about 1 hour, to an hour and 1/2. :3
I really didn't know what to put for the category... o-o"

The photo quality is poor, so it doesn't show that I do have some darker and lighter tones.
This was also my first drawing of a skull, so I wasn't fully sure on how to draw the skull in general. (:

I like this! Very realistic! But a suggestion....do you have a scanner? Or was this too big for it, because I'd love to see a better quality version!

At the time of the drawing, I didn't have a scanner.
The scanner I have now though sucks, and the light is so bright when it scans, it takes away the detail. D;

I'm about to start drawing another picture that involves a skull once I finish cleaning my room.

i think you should have used an image of a skull,
because now his mistakes are transferred into your drawing (he have very few but still XD)
first thing i can see clearly is the teeth-
a human has 32 teeth.
in every quarter of the moth ( up right, up lft, down right, down left)
there are 2 incisors(those in the front), 1 canine ( fang..), 2 premolars, and 3 molars (the last molar is the wisdom tooth) - that 8 teeth in every quarter.
now count your teeth... (and i know you see abit of the left quarters.. i'm talking about the right one the you see)
the upper teeth i think alright - it's hard to count the shadows there,
but the lower ones?
the second thing is minor- the "things" you did in the back,
while in your reference he did it very sketchy - like its supposed to be,
in your drawing its very clean - and with mistakes - it looks like a vein.
it isn't hard too search for skull images (try skull side)..

I know I probably should have, but using real images causes me to get more frustrated. I tend to mess up a lot more. It's easier for me to see all of the lines and see how someone else did them.
I know the teeth were messed up. It's the part I spent so long trying to get right, that I just said "Fuck it!" and drew it like that. xD
I'm not exactly sure I know what you're talking about with the vein? Though, I guess that's probably because I know what it's supposed to look like or whatever. xD
Once again, this was merely the first drawing that I drew of a skull, and it started off as just a sketch that ended up...going into something much more than just a sketch. xD
