My last piece of 2017. I did it as a gift for my dad (hopefully he enjoyed it).Cheesybun family - Jagoda, her brother Thomas, and Jagoda's kids Susanne and Zoltan having a little picnic time by the lake!
They are wearing Polish folk fashion. Also the background is inspired by Polish nature too :3 Gotta love me some willows and endless fields <3
(also...Suzanne - it's unbecoming of a young lass really!
D *this part was not in the gift* 8>)I'm super happy how pieces of this came out - the clouds in particular!
Hope you guys enjoy it too!
Now back to 2018 (which is turning out a neat art year so far (not to jinx it *spits over left arm* *knocks on wood* )

What brushes do you use to paint landscapes? You do a wonderful job of making the surroundings atmospheric and textured!

Aww thanks! Let's see I use rough inking brush from kyle websters brushes (but I don't know if they are available still, as he is now affiliated with adobe and makes brushes for adobe CC) and I used some foliage brushes from alyssa scott for the underbush here and there that i painted over.
The Rough Inking brush is my fav brush and I use it for most of my painting right now.
If you would like I could send you the rough brush if you would like :3 (it's a tool rather then a brush, but you just pick it from a different place in the photoshop tools - not in the brushes but in the tools, when you have paintbrush selected)
