Hi-
the theme downloaded and I had to transform it from a 'RAR' file into a '.Theme' file for my laptop to accept it. When I select the file in "Personalization", all it does is give me a black desktop and the start menu/task bar turn white, and it looks like Windows '98- in other words it defaults. Is it coz it can't read the file? I'll try the same thing with the normal blue version in the meantime. It looks fantastic, btw.

You need WinRAR or 7-Zip to extract the files. You will also need patched files to allow 3rd party themes.

First you must have your themes patched. Research on google for this. Then copy the folder and theme file to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\

is there anyway to change the color of the text on the right side of start menu??i like darker pics like windows 7 but its hardly visible with black backgrounds

I don't know mate I used a program to make the them. Look for Vista Style Builder. It costs but its good

The start button is part of the theme. You can edit it to get the original one

This Theme is very cool, works fine only one problem that I have spotted so far. That problem is with the download progress bar when using Mozilla Firefox. It doesn't show anything in the progress bar. Otherwise a very cool, fresh, and fast theme for windows aero style.
