Story: Winter Was Abandoned when she was a filly, by her family, left out in the cold snow, after her parents fled the Volkonsky winter palace for their own safety, and took the money instead of their own daughter. Winter roamed the forests, far and wide, but the cold never seamed to bother her at all, she made friends with a small wolf pup that she named snowball, then while on a royal trip the two royal sisters found the filly, starving to death in the cold snow, at first they didn't know what she was, a wolf or a pony, but they took her back to canterlot, raising her ever since, then a few years ago, the princess noticed a jewel wrapped around her neck, along with a diamond snowflake clip in her mane. they knew right away that she was the abandoned princess of the Volkonskys.
