okay im at step three made the layer put between the pupil/strip and the base but it hides behind the pupil layer lol
doesnt show the gradient like that xD

its supposed the be behind the pupil. that way the pupil remains clearly seen. you can still see the gradient on the sides of the pupil right? like in the area that doesnt have anything but the base color in it.

nah they were actually light maybe base is too dark ?

the base color could be the issue. or maybe the amount of colors you used for the gradient? you could always change the opacity of the layer if you feel its too dark. and they didnt come out bad at all. pretty well. and np.
