This is neat, just started with 3d a month-ish ago. Did you just start out with a rectangular block or what did you do?

you can try clicking "rebuild subdivision" but it may not be able to process the mesh if it has triangles in it. Hope this helps

i always just wing it on these sketch jams. I always start with the same upside down letter T shape for the shoulders and head. And I just go from there and see what comes out :]
