I understand that this design is created for the Chimereons "NEWS" Year NPC contest, and if my design wins the contest, I will no longer have ownership of it.

ahem..my luck is garbage at raffles so i might just try to design an npc yes..can ftos have a higher chance of winning wink wink
me? designing a brown character? thats a rare sight
will sell this if i don't win, will probably be a cat or a mouse

people call him mr. shush. news reporter in day, talk show host at night. he's very talkative and confident of himself. he's a total pushover outside his job. loves women, acts kind to them but he's probably not single so no flirting or anything.
he has a great voice, not for singing but rather for speaking. his mic paws help him too. he does a phone (preferably in news) or shush gesture when he's going to use it himself. he only uses shush when he's going to give the mic to someone else. normally it means "be quiet" but in this case it means "speak". he puts one or two jokes in news reports unless its super serious.

he's rather small. not a teeny lad but rather around 140cm.
