Before I read the comments, I had a hard time figuring out if it was indeed a cat at the bottom right, or a blotch on the sidewalk. I like that.

i know what you mean. but, if you look at the whole thing in an 'abstract' (ignoring the fact that they are a pair of legs) and just focus on them as a part of the composition, the whole thing works a whole lot better.
(would have been a bit boring composed in this manner without them, you see)

we bought some eggs because we decided to make some muffins for a friends burfday party. and on the walk home, one egg fell to the ground (and several others broke, too). also a cat came and checked out what all the commotion was about.
kinda takes away from the mystery of it all, doesn't it?

Yeah it does kind of take away the mystery, but not knowing what the story was about it looked to me like the cat had just puked. . . very strange.
