But anyway... woohoo! It's Mr. Top Hat Man again! Excellent work as usual, especially the composition-- and I like how you never see his eyes, it's a nice touch. CRIT: 1. The BG color seems too similar to his hat, and 2. Mr. THM's (the homicidal maniac... *brick'd*) left arm looks kinda wonky.
Sorry, I can't think of any names better than Rosco. Castro came to mind, but... >_>

Yeah... the color for the the bg I just grabbed straight from the shading on the guys top hat. And yeah, his left arm does look weird. o_x
