This is a really, really, realllllyyyy choppy comic.
So, I heard Kurt and Blaine do have a grown up conversation about Kurt going back to McKinley. That-sadly- translated my little mind to a place where their kiss was VERY passionate and as kisses progress later in the days, Kurt may not be able to tell Blaine he was leaving.
