I love Black Rock Shooter to bitsand finally drawing her on my style, it actually turned out better than I expected.
I would also love some constructive criticism, you are welcome to smack your comment in my face (just not so hard)

Sure thing.
You should practice the head anatomy a little, there's something off on some of your drawings, also try drawing different types of hand poses and eye design.
Other than that, you are in the good path

No problem, I like to get honest comments as well
Try darwing different types of eyes in a paper, I have one my self, it helped me a lot with expressions and whenever I'm having a hard time with them I go back to the drawings in that page to get some references.
And getting better at drawing is just about practicing, there is no way around it, so don't forget to keep practicing and discovering new styles until you get your own.
