Wait this is a "sketch?" how is this a sketch but it's fully rendered, line-art and shaded? I'm just generally confused

I call them "sketch" for the lack of a better word. It just means that the lineart and shading are rushed and messy. It may look fully rendered here but that's only because the file is resized. If you saw the original you'd be able to see all the mess
